Imagine the relief of living a month rent-free. What if that followed into another month... and another month? Now imagine not having to pay it for the next 6 months. That could be you, whilst you prepare to move into your dream home.

Kingsbridge Homes are doing their bit to support the community during these tough times. Place a deposit on any Kingsbridge Home, if your construction commences between April 1 and September 30 we will cover the cost of your rent up to the tune of $400 per week.

Our Take the Stress out of Building Promotion (“Promotion”) is subject to, at Kingsbridge Homes absolute discretion, the following terms and conditions: –

1. The Promotion is only applicable to new $950 deposits taken from on 1 April 2020. Kingsbridge Homes reserves the right to withdraw the Promotion at any time without notice;

2. The Promotion only applies to titled land;

3. The registered proprietor of the land (“Owner”) must sign an unconditional Building Contract with Kingsbridge Homes, including but not limited to obtaining finance and valuation approval from a financial institution approved by Kingsbridge Homes. Kingsbridge Homes is not liable for or responsible for any finance approval required;

4. The construction of the dwelling in accordance with the Building Contract must commence within six months of 1 April 2020;

5. The Owner must comply with the terms and condition in this Promotion and the Building Contract. Kingsbridge Homes reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions of the Promotion at any time;

6. This Promotion is also subject to the Owner complying with all obligations under the Building Contract, including but not limited to, attending to all stage payments and completing/settling the Building Contract. If the owner breaches any provisions of the Building Contract, then the Promotion will be forfeited and Kingsbridge Homes will not pay the Promotion to the Owner. If the Owner breaches the Building Contract, then the Owner must reimburse Kingsbridge Homes any part payment of the Promotion within seven (7) days of any demand;

7. Kingsbridge Homes will pay to the Owner the sum of $400 per week for 26 weeks during the Building Period as following:-

$2,600 at Base Stage as defined in the Building Contract. Payment will be made to the Owner within 14 days of Kingsbridge Homes receiving payment for Base Stage from the Owner in accordance with the Building Contract;
$2,600 at Frame Stage as defined in the Building Contract. Payment will be made to the Owner within 14 days of Kingsbridge Homes receiving payment for Frame Stage from the Owner in accordance with the Building Contract; and
$5,200 at Lockup Stage as defined in the Building Contract. Payment will be made to the Owner within 14 days of Kingsbridge Homes receiving payment for Lockup Stage from the Owner in accordance with the Building Contract

8. Kingsbridge Homes accepts no responsibility for any tax liabilities that may arise from you receiving this Promotion. To the extent permitted by law, Kingsbridge Homes denies any liability for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or damage, loss of revenue or profit) and or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with this Promotion.

9. All other terms and conditions in the Building Contract apply. If there is any inconsistency between these terms and the Building Contract, then the Building Contract will prevail.

10. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. The Promotion may only be claimed once by the Owner.

11. Kingsbridge Homes reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions of this Promotion at any time without any notice.

12. The promotion is governed by the law of the State of Victoria, Australia.
